City of Chester Noise Barrier I-95 CNA

Connect the Dots partnered with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) and CDM Smith to lead public outreach and engagement for proposed noise barriers along I-95 in the City of Chester. Through a phased approach that combined relationship building, community-centered outreach, and innovative voting strategies, we helped residents understand the project, share their questions and concerns, and participate in the decision-making process. Our work resulted in a successful community vote and established a trusted, replicable engagement model for future noise barrier projects.
