Climate Pollution Reduction Grant Program

Connect the Dots partnered with the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC) and ICF to lead stakeholder and community engagement for the region's Climate Pollution Reduction Grant (CPRG) Program. Through stakeholder and resident focus groups, as well as ongoing collaboration with a Community Engagement Steering Committee, we helped identify climate priorities, community needs, and equity-focused implementation strategies. The resulting engagement informed both the Priority Climate Action Plan (PCAP) and Comprehensive Climate Action Plan (CCAP), ensuring regional climate action was grounded in community voices.
